Fix n Flex Workshop

In this 90 minute workshop we explore release and recovery techniques using various tools including lacrosse balls, peanuts, resistance bands, voodoo bands and foam rollers. Both athletes and non athletes of all ages will benefit saving both

time and money by learning methods to mitigate injury, increase flexibility, and increase range of motion. There is no need to be flexible for this workshop, as it will help all levels of students! Bodywork is an integral part to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In this workshop I teach you how to help yourself. Students can learn how to feel amazing in as little as 15 minutes a day!

Splitsville

Weren't born flexible? No worries! You can work for it! In this 90 minute workshop students will learn techniques to work toward front and middle splits in a safe and effective manner. We will use banded releases, along with a combination of active strength based,  dynamic, and PNF stretches. No need to worry about age or lack of previous flexibility training. As an instructor who was not born flexy and I adapt my instruction to all levels of students. For my advanced students I can offer upward modifications of most techniques that will level up their flexibility training. Students will learn a unique flow adapted to each individual level that sets them up for success on their journey to Splitsville!

But I Can't Backbend!

Have you always wanted to increase your back flexibility but you are not sure where to start? Maybe you have been scared to train your back flexibility because you've experienced pain or stiffness in the past? In this 90 minute workshop students will learn back strengthening and flexibility techniques focused on those just beginning their back bend journey. We will use a variety of static, passive, dynamic, PNF stretches along with foam rollers and resistance bands to banish "can't backbend" from your vocabulary. Students will learn how tightness in the thoracic spine, shoulders, and psoas may be holding them back from successfully training back bends and more importantly how to release these areas. Getting a bendy back doesn't have to hurt. Let me start you on your journey to from CAN'T to CAN backbend!
