Training Options:
Option 1: PRIVATE PILATES
Private Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, Arc Barrel and Mat Pilates sessions using industry standard Balanced Body Equipment. Training is available for those just starting out in their pilates practice or those looking to fine tune and advance their practice.

Option 2: PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training and Coaching using body weight exercises, free weights, and cable resistance machines for a whole body or targeted workout designed with specific needs and goals in mind.

Option 3: PRIVATE YOGA
Private yoga training using ashtanga yoga techniques.

Option 4: FULL FLEXIBILITY SCRIPT
TWO SESSION MINIMUM
Session One:
During a Flexibility Script Assessment, I utilize measuring tools to conduct a thorough evaluation of muscle, spinal, and range of motion. The goal is to pinpoint areas of muscular and fascial restrictions and imbalances. This initial assessment typically lasts up to 90 minutes, depending on the client's mobility level. It's important to understand that this session isn't a workout; it primarily involves passive actions and requires minimal warm-up. The assessment plays a crucial role in future training and release sessions because the core principle of Flexibility Script techniques used by Nona Pilates and Mobility is "if you're not assessing, you're guessing." Clients often find that their perceived issues differ from their actual ones. Therefore, the best results are achieved through one-on-one sessions.

Session Two:
FLEXIBILITY INTEGRATION & RELEASE
Most students typically require around 2-3 follow-up sessions to master their personalized Flexibility Script. During these sessions, I teach exercises and releases using self-myofascial release techniques and various stretching methods tailored to your goals and Flexibility Assessment results. We utilize tools such as lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and resistance bands, ensuring you learn proper techniques. No more guesswork from online videos or friends' suggestions—you'll receive a personalized script with a written plan of action in both hard copy and digital formats. Additionally, I provide step-by-step instruction during our sessions. These exercises and releases become your ongoing "homework" for optimal results.
At the end of our first session, I'll provide you with a shopping list of supplies, which may include items you already own. While I supply all necessary equipment during studio sessions, you're welcome to bring your own. We can even re-measure areas of concern at the end of each session, allowing you to quantify results alongside the observable increases in your range of motion. For example, after just one release session, a student with an external shoulder rotation impingement improved from a measurement of 40 (ideal range: 70-90) to 58! The results speak for themselves.
